Manage front desk and reception operations, ensuring professional and courteous handling of all visitors and guests, by upholding confidentiality & service excellence in all interactions while maintaining a positive corporate image.
Coordinate and facilitate VIP visits, including meeting room arrangements, visitor registration, security clearance, and logistic arrangement.
Handle incoming calls, emails, enquiries promptly and professionally, including administration of letters and packages.
Support administration of office supplies and badge printing.
Track visitors' data and submit reports as needed.
Support event coordination, administrative duties, and office operations as required, in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as front desk administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Candidates with no experience welcome.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
