- Must be willing to work in a shopping mall environment.
- Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
- Applicants who can commit to the full event period are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily event operations at Central Dinosaur Park, Level 4, Central i-City.
- Greet and assist shoppers, children, and families who visit the event area.
- Explain game rules, activity steps, and participation guidelines to visitors.
- Manage assigned event zones, including game stations, photo areas, registration, redemption, and activity counters.
- Help to control queues and maintain smooth crowd movement during busy periods.
- Ensure children participate safely and follow the event rules.
- Keep the event area neat, clean, and presentable throughout the day.
- Assist with mascot appearances, photo-taking sessions, and visitor engagement when required.
- Help with opening preparation, closing duties, stock checking, and simple reporting.
- Work closely with the supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
- Report any operational issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Provide a friendly and positive experience for all visitors.
