Job Responsibilities
- Source and purchase raw materials, packaging products, and operational supplies.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and timely.
- Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, production, and finance departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Maintain and update supplier records, purchasing documentation, and procurement reports.
- Source and evaluate new suppliers to improve cost efficiency and product quality.
- Resolve issues related to delivery shortages, quality discrepancies, and supplier claims.
- Assist in cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
