Senior HRBP (C&B) - Fintech Company - Singapore

We are currently partnering with a fast-growing and innovative company to hire a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong Compensation & Benefits (C&B) background.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice & day-to-day support on all HR related matters to develop and execute strategic people initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the design and management of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, annual remuneration reviews, and incentive programmes
• Responsible for driving a competent team and building up high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business-related field
• About 8-12 years of experience within Business Partnering, strong C&B knowledge will be an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders and build a strong rapport with key business stakeholders.
