Offshore Construction Managers (Lead / Manager / Senior Manager) – UAE

Our client, a leading offshore engineering and construction organization in the UAE, is seeking experienced Offshore Construction Managers to support major offshore and subsea projects. Successful candidates will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing offshore construction activities while ensuring compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage offshore construction and installation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop construction strategies, execution plans, and project schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and marine assets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee offshore installation operations involving subsea structures, jackets, topsides, pipelines, and cable laying activities.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality standards, and safety performance.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Manage project risks and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Support tendering, planning, and resource allocation activities where required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in offshore and subsea construction projects.
• Proven experience in offshore installation and marine operations.
• Strong knowledge of subsea structures, jackets, topsides, pipelines, and cable laying activities.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Experience working on major offshore EPCIC projects is highly preferred.
• Previous ADNOC and/or ARAMCO project experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
