Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Role: Human Resources Associate - 6 Months Contractual

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Support end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract and internship positions.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, like hiring managers, candidates, etc.
• Maintain recruitment trackers.

Learning & Development

• Coordinate training programs, registrations and logistics.
• Maintain training records and support HRD Corp-related training administration (where applicable).
• Liaise with training providers and internal stakeholders.

HR Support

• Assist with HR administration, employee engagement activities and HR projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks or HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
