Role Description The Senior Associate role at Insight Genesis – IGAi is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving key initiatives across the company’s AI-powered verticals. Day-to-day work includes analyzing data and user behavior, translating insights into practical recommendations, and supporting the design and improvement of personalized guidance workflows. The Senior Associate collaborates with product, data, and operations teams to refine use cases in finance, human resources, education, and health, and to ensure that solutions are aligned with user needs in emerging and unbanked markets. The role also involves preparing clear documentation, contributing to strategic planning, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support successful implementation and continuous optimization of the platform.

• Background or strong interest in one or more relevant domains such as financial services, human resources, education, or health and wellness.
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment, with strong time-management and self-organization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as business, data analytics, social sciences, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in emerging markets, unbanked populations, or inclusive technology solutions is a plus.
