Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day communication across client accounts

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and internal workflows

• Ensure projects move smoothly between strategy, copy, design, and production

• Lead client calls, meeting notes, and follow-ups

• Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience ONLY (agency experience mandatory)

• Strong communication and client management skills

• Extremely organised and proactive under pressure

• Ability to manage multiple brands and timelines simultaneously

• Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows

You MUST:

• Have professional-level English

• Have proven experience working in a marketing agency

• Care deeply about creating work you are actually proud of

• Know how to write an application email without using ChatGPT
