Job Overview

The Operations & Fulfilment Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of ROOTE. This hands-on role focuses on order fulfilment, inventory management, operational coordination, and administrative support. We are looking for someone who is fast, reliable, highly organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on time.
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets, order records, inventory reports, and operational documents with accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock receiving, stock counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain organised records, filing systems, and company databases.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative duties.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and operational projects when required.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information.
• Perform other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Fast, efficient, and able to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable handling repetitive operational tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in operations, fulfilment, warehouse coordination, e-commerce, or administrative support is an advantage.
