The Role

The post holder is responsible for the design, generation, printing and checking and control of multilingual labels and other printed materials for clients and use within Clinical Trial Packaging operations. The person will ensure that label materials are controlled and handled accurately and made available within agreed timelines such that operational targets and standards are fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Design and generate master label, leaflet and codebreak envelope proofs in accordance with Almac/customer specification.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, supply and control of printed and pre-printed materials.
• Check Master Label Approvals and generate randomised study databases
• Communicate effectively with all other departments to ensure that material and orders are managed effectively.
• Assist with the co-ordination of Customer audits/ visits when needed.
• Complete monthly production analysis figures e.g. timesheets, logs and reports.
• Assist in the generation and review of SOPs.
• Implement new computerised solutions applicable to the Label Control function.
• Execute projects within the Label Control department.
• Prepare relevant paperwork required for despatches according to distribution procedures, carriers requirements and customs regulations.
• Liaise with internal and external customers, and carriers regarding invoice approvals, queries and amendments.
• Independently review the collated shipping paperwork relating to Drug Order Forms.
• Prepare and complete all relevant documentation.
• Other tasks as required by the supervisor.

Criteria

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Suite
• Detailed
• Prior experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Experience with label printers is advantageous

The office is located in Changi Business Park. We have shuttle bus services to different parts of Singapore at fixed timings.
