OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities at the port, while ensuring compliance with customs and immigration procedures
• Liaise with Terminal, MPA, ICA and various port service providers for each ship-port interface event and progress
• Arranging Vessels Arrival, Departure and Port Formalities (inclusive of arrangement of Tugs, Pilots, Arrangement of Crew matters)
• Arranging and coordinating of ship supplies
• Assisting on Crew Requirement, Documentation and Arrangement of crew Change
• Manage Ad-hoc task assigned by superior Requirements:
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience or Fresh Graduates
• A good team player and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Fast learner with positive attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Salary S$2,800 and above, depending on the work experience
• Class 3 Driving License required
• Must be physically fit to board vessels
