This is a call center for a medical specialist clinic. Will need a professional that can provide friendly and helpful customer service

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering Patients Inquiries on phone and on whatsapp.
• Professionally respond to phone calls from patients and potential patients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Scheduling Appointments accurately:
• Book, reschedule, and manage appointments

Working hours :Monday - Friday 830am-530pm and saturday 830am-1pm

Public holidays and sundays OFF.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per month
