Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Work with suppliers to improve product quality and resolve quality issues.
- Support new supplier and material qualification processes.
- Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle supplier corrective action requests (SCAR) and follow up on improvements.
- Conduct incoming and outgoing quality inspections.
- Maintain quality records and ISO documentation.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
- Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Lead quality review meetings and work with internal teams to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare quality reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of supplier quality management and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485).
- Familiar with quality tools such as CAPA, SCAR, PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, and 8D problem-solving.
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
