What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised recommendations to find the best vehicle solutions
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the products
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to finalising the purchase
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive buying experience for all customers
• Welcome customers warmly and understand their needs to recommend the right vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and explain features clearly to create an exciting and memorable experience.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

What we're looking for

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle customer objections and close sales
• Passionate about the automotive industry and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments
• Highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Flexible to work weekends or public holidays
