About the Roles

This is a QC Lab Technician (Night shift) position based in Pioneer, working on a permanent basis with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8.00pm–8.00am). The role offers a competitive package, including basic salary with overtime opportunities and a performance bonus, providing a stable long-term opportunity within a dairy manufacturing environment. You will be part of a quality-focused team ensuring product standards in a structured food production setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out routine in-house laboratory testing for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished dairy products in line with SOPs
• Document, update, and maintain accurate records of all laboratory test results
• Identify and escalate any abnormal or non-conforming results to the QC Executive or Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the QC laboratory at all times
• Operate, clean, and perform basic upkeep of laboratory equipment
• Assist with sample collection activities and ensure proper sample retention procedures are followed
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality management standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of QC or laboratory experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Experience in sensory evaluation and laboratory testing will be an advantage
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems
• Possession of ISO 22000 and Food Safety Level 1 & 3 certification will be an advantage
