Role Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including performance management, HR administration, immigration and compliance, staff accommodation, and payroll support. This role ensures accurate employee records, smooth execution of appraisal and confirmation processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective support for all staff. The HR Executive plays a key role in maintaining efficient HR processes and supporting the organisation’s overall people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Manage employee probation reviews, confirmations, and extensions.
- Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process.
- Maintain performance-related records and documentation.
- Execute annual increment/bonus yearly basis
HR Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Prepare employment-related letters and HR documents.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
Immigration & Compliance
- Handle JPNS applications and renewals for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Prepare and manage ESD, Employment Pass, and related immigration documentation.
- Coordinate police background checks and compliance requirements.
- Manage foreign employee administration and renewals.
- Ensure COBIS compliance
Staff Accommodation
- Manage staff accommodation records and room allocations.
- Coordinate accommodation inspections and maintenance matters.
General HR Support
- Support daily HR operations and employee-related matters.
- Undertake other HR duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Experience in performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual appraisals.
- Hands-on experience in handling immigration matters (e.g., Employment Pass, ESD) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of local labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining HR records and documentation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
