Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of graduate employability strategy in support of the missions and goals of the Company.
• Lead the team in executing initiatives to boost INTI graduates’ employability.
• Expand the network with industry partners and form strategic collaboration with the partners to open doors of opportunities (signing MOU with industry partners and encouraging industry partners’ employees to join INTI Working Adults Programmes, Scholarship and support in INTI’s global ranking).
• Build strong relationship with industry partners and gain support from the industry partners in events, activities and Working Professional Programmes as well as support in INTI’s global ranking.
• Work closely with faculties and support faculties in employer project execution, internship placement and other faculty initiatives.
• Coordinate Graduate Employability Survey and engage with student/ alumni via social media
• Build good rapport with INTI alumni and support initiatives, activities and events organized for INTI alumni.

Requirement:

• At least a bachelor’s degree with minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to self-motivate. Interact well both as a leader and a member of a team, and able to work collaboratively.
• Has good listening skills and the ability to respond professional to requests, as well as to adapt to changing assignments & priorities whilst meeting deadlines.
• Able to display a hands-on approach to lead a team and to penetrate into the working adult market with Corporate Clients.
• Excellent skill in Mandarin and English communication (both verbal & written) as well as possess good computer skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for effectively communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and industry partners
• Passionate in graduate talent development and relationship management.
