Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate performance of all outsourced service providers in accordance with contract terms and KPIs.
• Supervise daily operations of outsourced services.
• Ensure outsourced services comply with hospital accreditation standards and MOH guidelines.
• Support audits, inspections, and documentation related to outsourced services.
• Conduct regular service review meetings with vendors to discuss performance, improvement plans, and issues.
• Assist in tendering, contract renewal, and vendor selection processes in collaboration with the Procurement Department.
• Ensure all vendors comply with hospital policies, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
