Clinic Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform clinical duties and to assist the Medical Consultant in handling patients.
• Managing day-to-day administration of the clinic/practice.
• Ensuring safety precautions and guidelines are followed accordingly.
• Registration, dispensery , collect/issue payments.
• To answer calls and reply messages/ enquiries from customers/ make appointments.
• Manage claim for Third Party Panel.
• Assist doctor basic clinical procedures, arrange laboratory tests.
• Identify patient care requirement by establishing personal rapport with patients.
• Accountable for the professional and nursing activities as to ensure high standards of care are constantly maintained as per established SOPs.
• Providing utmost patient care and customer service to the patients and his or her family members.
• To participate and assist in other duties that can benefit the overall performance of the clinic Ensure proper documentation of nursing records etc.
• Undertaking special assignments, ad-hoc and related matters as and when required.
• Covering duties of colleagues in the same and other departments if possible and when necessary

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Junior Nurse candidates may apply with an SPM equivalent qualification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
