Salesforce Expert / PIMS Admin Hub

Leighton Asia is looking for a Salesforce Expert / PIMS Admin Hub to manage, optimize, and evolve our Salesforce environment. You will play a key role in improving CRM processes, ensuring data integrity, driving business insights, and integrating Salesforce with enterprise reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions, and data quality.
• Configure and customize Salesforce including fields, objects, workflows, automations, and page layouts.
• Enhance data structures to support evolving business needs and strategic objectives.
• Maintain system performance, security, and platform optimization.
• Lead Salesforce integrations with Power BI and other internal systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with Business Development teams to ensure accurate pipeline and project.
• Identify and implement new Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of CRM processes, Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and business analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations is preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is an advantage.
