The Wine Shop Penang operates at the intersection of premium retail and specialized dining. We provide an extensive portfolio of global wines and curate high-end gastronomic experiences, ranging from exclusive masterclasses to culinary crossover dinners. We are expanding our Pulau Tikus team and seeking a dedicated Retail Executive who is committed to professional beverage education and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educational Development: Commit to ongoing professional development through WSET and Court of Master Sommeliers frameworks under the guidance of our resident Wine Educator.
• Operational Execution: Oversee daily retail operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist in the execution of on-site tasting events and four-hands dinners.
• Service Standards: Uphold high standards of floor presentation, ensuring the retail environment meets operational guidelines at all times.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full sponsorship for WSET certification courses.
• Two (2) staff meals provided per working day.
• Direct mentorship from dual-certified industry professionals.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
