A Quantity Surveyor manages all costs relating to building and construction projects, from initial estimation through to final account. The role involves preparing cost estimates, managing tenders and contracts, measuring work done, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while meeting contractual and quality standards.

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BQ) for construction projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning during the pre-construction stage
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate contractor/subcontractor quotations, and support the tender award process
• Measure and value work completed on-site for progress claims and payment
• Monitor actual project costs against budget and report variances to management
• Prepare and process interim payments, variation orders, and final accounts
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers on all cost-related matters
• Assess, negotiate, and manage claims, variations, and contractual issues
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and relevant industry regulations
• Maintain accurate cost records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
