About the Role
Aisling Group is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance Shared Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the full accounts payable cycle, including document verification, payment preparation, supplier management, reconciliations, audit support, and cash flow reporting. You will also support multiple Aisling Group entities under a shared services structure and contribute to process improvements within the finance function.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on accounts payable experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review invoices, payment documents, and supporting approvals to ensure accuracy before payment processing
- Prepare payment listings and support online banking transactions in line with internal procedures
- Maintain accurate supplier records and ensure vendor information is properly updated
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on outstanding issues or discrepancies
- Handle supplier enquiries professionally and provide timely updates where required
- Support month-end closing activities, including accounts payable reconciliations and related schedules
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and information required for internal and external audits
- Ensure accounts payable activities comply with company policies, internal controls, Malaysian accounting requirements, and SST regulations
- Support accounts payable operations for multiple Aisling Group entities under the Finance Shared Services model
- Assist in improving finance processes, workflows, and automation initiatives
- Prepare weekly cash flow reports and support cash flow forecasting activities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, payment records, reconciliations, and related finance documents
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related accounting role
- Experience in a shared services, group finance, or multi-company environment will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice verification, payment preparation, and supplier reconciliation
- Knowledge of Malaysian SST requirements and basic accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Good communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to resolve issues independently
- Positive working attitude and able to work well in a team-based environment
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting multiple entities or business units
- Exposure to finance process improvement or automation projects
- Experience using accounting software or ERP systems
- Familiarity with cash flow reporting or payment forecasting

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
