Job Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Able to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and process documents.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with quality standards and ESD requirements.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily production to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and improve production processes to achieve quality and productivity targets.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues during production.
• Assist in machine setup, changeover, and process adjustments.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to SOPs and quality standards.
• Record process data and prepare basic production reports.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve process issues.
• Support continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
