Letromec Industries (Malaysia) Hiring! Full Time Sales Executive in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Purpose:
We're looking for a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Letromec Industries (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, located at our Bukit Mertajam branch. As a Sales Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for understanding their needs and offering our high-quality industrial equipment and solutions to ensure their satisfaction and our continued success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange weekly visits with current, inactive and potential new customers
• Build strong client relationships and collaborate with relevant departments to provide tailored solutions through detailed presentations.
• Brief Sales Managers daily/weekly on competitor activities, pricing trends, and new project opportunities found during site visits.
• Negotiate and close deals to hit target sales KPI.
• Assist Sales Managers to prepare sales reports and relevant sales documents.

Job Qualifications:

• An Outgoing and Extroverted soul who enjoys striking up conversations with people from different backgrounds and departments.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Candidates with a strong diploma or relevant industry experience are also encouraged to apply.)
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within the industrial equipment, manufacturing, or B2B sector. Fresh grads with a keen interest in Automation industry or sales in particular are encouraged to apply as well.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively for customer pain points
• High motivation and a results-driven attitude, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
