• Welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Handle enquiries, membership requests, and general customer concerns in person, by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Perform member check-ins and ensure smooth daily front desk operations.
• Process membership registrations, renewals, freezes, transfers, cancellations, and payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate member records and update information in the membership management system.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Promote club services, products, and current membership promotions.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities and referring prospective members to the Membership Consultant.
• Ensure the reception, lounge, and front-of-house areas are clean, organised, and welcoming at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver an excellent member experience.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, daily cash handling, and administrative duties.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards while maintaining confidentiality of member information.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
