Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data centre ELV systems, including servers, workstations, network infrastructure, firewalls, CCTV, access control, BMS, DCIM, and structured cabling.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot servers, system software, and IT infrastructure to ensure reliable operations.
• Design, optimize, and support data centre infrastructure, including electrical and ELV designs, calculations, schematics, T&C activities, and technical documentation (SOP, EOP, MOP).
• Ensure infrastructure reliability, preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, asset management, and lifecycle optimization to achieve 24/7 operations and customer SLA compliance.
• Implement security strategies, system configurations, and compliance requirements, supporting standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ISO 50001, SOC1/2, SS564, and ITIL.
• Lead incident response, change management, project deployment, audits, and customer-facing technical activities while ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, sales activities, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in network and IT operations, data centre project deployment, commissioning (T&C), and infrastructure design.
• Strong understanding of data centre technologies, security, compliance standards, and system administration.
• Familiarity with BMS, DCIM, CCTV, access control, firewalls, networking, structured cabling, and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Professional certifications such as CDCP, CDCE, CDCS, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, VMware, Veeam, or PHCE are an advantage.
• Self-driven, able to work independently, with strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
