Full Time Technician 1 Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Platinum Victory Facestyle Sdn. Bhd. Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Advises his immediate Superior to requisite for spare parts and materials when stock level is below in the Maintenance store room.
• Perform preventive maintenance works on all electrical apparatus and associated machines and equipment per schedule.
• Take safety precaution to all the operation.
• To ensure the work done and the location of work are recorded into the daily communication (log) book before leaving the workshop.
• Attend to all complaints or request from guest without delay.
• Record electricity, water readings per log sheet scheduled.
• To ensure all works carried out and completed should fully comply with the local safety rules and regulations.
• Attend the top priority jobs instantly whenever it arises. This subject refer to fire hazard, lift hazard, property damage and operation interruption or guest complaints.
• Keeps his section of the workshop and working place assigned clean and tidy at all times.
• To response immediately in case of emergency.
• When working in guest areas particular attention must be paid to noise that may disturb the guests.
• The works as described on the “Work Order Form” is carried out as quickly as possible and complete it accurately.
• Adhere to all safety practice and safety rules and regulations.
• Is responsible for the safekeeping and utilization of the tools assigned to him. And if new tool is received, requisition is based on the exchange of the old for the new tool.
• Ensure the return of all borrowed tools, parts and items to the maintenance store.
• Any spare parts taken out from the maintenance store have to be recorded accurately in the Log Book and the unused spare parts must also be recorded in the Log Book after completing the work.
• To perform all other duties (Multi- Task) than the above requested by Hotel’s Management, the Company and /or his direct Superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate in electrical from recognized institution or SPM qualification.
• Experience in Domestic Electrical & industry (Hospitality) in 1 to 5 year.
• Candidate with at least 1+ year in relevant working experience is preferable.
• Proficient to speak, write and read in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Read, interpret, and work from diagrams, schematics sketches, drawings, and blueprints of Mechanical & Electrical.
• Keep accurate records.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Learn general and specialized software applications.
• Strong technical and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on shift basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
