Job Description:

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS

Export

• Generate daily vessel closing report, check vessel closing and pre-shipment (invoice and p/list) for each job file.
• Request pre-shipment & Permit if yet given by customer and ensure all data is in order/correct.
• Handle & draft custom paper (K1, K2, K3, K8, POMPA, DDB) and send to customer for checking and approval (Transmitting EDI).
• Ensure customer paper draft CORRECTLY and ZERO ERROR. Transmit data once customer approved. Must be able to handle special shipment with clause such as MIDA/MITI, permits, SST Exp & Etc
• Upload exchange rate in declaration system. Check duty, SST amount and request top up amount / cheque with accounts.
• Ensure all job files declared on time as per daily vessel closing as per correct custom station code.
• Co-ordinate with CS team, operation peers, runner for status of declaration.
• Print final customer paper and pass folders to runner on time for pass customer paper To upload MYCIED and also clear paper at OGA, Kastam and etc .
• MUST ensure paper released in DECLARATION SYSTEM
• Import
• Ensure all shipping documents tally and data inserted correctly in declaration system.

Job Requirement:

• SPM/ Certificate or Diploma in any field
• Familiar with DG net and RA software, able handle K1,2,8, ZB declaration, clauses related to MIDA/MITI, permits, value added already having KEK cert
• MS Office knowledge
• Willing to work Pulau Indah, Westport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
