Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our Cranio-Maxillofacial patient-specific cranial implants and related neurosurgical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with neurosurgeons, oral & maxillofacial surgeons, plastic surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base throughout Malaysia.
• Conduct product presentations, clinical discussions, and in-service training for healthcare professionals.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the clinical and technical teams to support case planning and project execution.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical practice.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in OMF, Cranio-Maxillofacial (CMF), Neurosurgery, Cranial Implants, or patient-specific implant solutions will be given priority.
• Experience handling government or private hospital accounts is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel.

Candidates without the above experience but with strong medical device sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for the right individual.
