About the role

We are a precision injection moulding manufacturer in Johor looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Executive to prepare and manage customer quotations. This is a great entry point for a fresh graduate who is organised, comfortable with numbers, and keen to learn how a manufacturing business works from the inside.

What you'll do

- Prepare, issue, and follow up on customer quotations

- Maintain accurate pricing records and quotation logs

- Liaise with internal teams (production, sales) to gather costing inputs

- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and on time

- Support general sales and marketing administration

What we're looking for

- Diploma / Degree

- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and basic figures

- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a plus)

- Positive, willing-to-learn attitude — fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
