IoTronix Technologies Hiring! Full Time Test and Debug Engineer (Fresh Grad-Experienced) in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 8,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

1. Improve testing capacity and detection rate.

2. Responsible for repairing and analyzing defective products in the product line.

3. Manage the debug team, achieve the clearance and closure of defective products, and meet the timely closure of production lines.

4. Provide daily analysis and summary reports to assist the production team in continuously improving product yield.

5. Participate in batch or abnormal fault analysis, generate failure analysis reports, and share them with the team to improve yield.

6. Reduce the loss rate of maintenance materials and control the scrap rate of maintenance products to save costs for the company.

7. Perform component level analysis on the faults that occur and perform system settings on the PCBA.

8. Assist in improving production yield, lead the analysis of functional defects that occur during the testing phase of products and propose improvement measures.

9. Propose further improvement suggestions for the product and evaluate whether the improvement plan is reasonable.

10. Summarize and statistically analyze the test results, track the tests, and provide feedback.

11. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) is required to facilitate communication with our China-based team.

12. Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by the manager.
