Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Perform assembly, fabrication, deburring, tapping, riveting, packing, or other production processes as assigned.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production orders.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and report any defects immediately.
• Carry out self-inspection during production.
• Maintain productivity targets and complete assigned production output.
• Handle materials and finished goods carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping (6S) at the workstation.
• Follow all safety regulations and wear the required PPE.
• Report machine abnormalities, equipment failures, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist in machine setup, material preparation, and changeover when required.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Team Leader.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Primary/Secondary School (SPM preferred).
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage.
• Experience in sheet metal, metal fabrication, stamping, machining, or assembly is preferred.
• Able to understand basic work instructions.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Able to lift materials within company safety guidelines.
• Willing to work overtime and shift when required.
• Good attendance, discipline, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: From RM9,999.00 per month
