• Responsibilities for all electrical parts of repair machines.
• Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their machines and equipment.
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
• Order parts needed for repair.
• Fill out detailed reports, repair order sheet and keep records on services that have been performed.
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.
• Handle troubleshooting of machines and carry out services.
• Able to handle technical queries from customer.
• Perform after sales service when required.
• Able to assist in some documentation/paperwork task.
• Able to perform demonstration of machine products at construction
• Able to repair and troubleshooting engine (machinery)
