As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing duty roaster of casual workers by weekly basis
• Identifying, solving and providing a solution to work problems and issues that arises among the workers.
• Ensuring that casual workers are properly trained with knowledge, skills and ability by guiding workers on work procedure, methodology and performance.
• Ensuring that all equipment is in functioning order, manpower and materials are sufficient to carry out operation work.
• To check and monitor the quality of work performed by site supervisors daily.
• Ensuring that workers know how to apply the right chemical to solve the problem.
• Ensuring proper usage of chemicals and eliminating pilferage by following the instruction on the dilute instruction and disseminating the information to all the workers.
• Prepare monthly attendance records and submit them on time to the management by the 20th of every month.
• To take action on all defective equipment by informing the technician immediately about the repair works.
• Ensure casual workers are neat and tidy in appearance, uniform and store room on site.
• Responsible for taking care of clients’ belonging from the premise.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in relevant field;
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a service-related industry;
• Good negotiation skills;
• Good in organizational skills;
• Possess own transport and valid driving license
