Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and finance operations
• Prepare and process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and cheques
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
• Update and maintain accounting records in accounting software
• Handle staff claims, overtime records, and payroll support
• Prepare documentation for audit and tax purposes
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams regarding payment matters
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Support Finance Manager in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years working experience (construction industry experience preferred)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Auto Count, SQL, or similar)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Good communication skills

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience handling project-based accounting
• Familiar with progress claims and subcontractor payments
• Knowledge of SST and basic tax documentation

Working Details

• Location:(Office HQ - Puchong)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
