Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Taman Tun Dr. Ismail

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range : RM2,300 – RM3,300

Work Hours : Monday to Friday (9.00am to 5.00pm)

Remote work : Not available

Experience: 1-3 years

Reporting to: Manager

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Transactions:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivables, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting:
• Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and management reports.
• Audit Support:
• Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audit.
• Client Communication:
• Collaborate with senior accountants to address client financial concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Administrative Support:
• Organize financial records and assist in various accounting-related administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Certified Accounting Technician, Degree in Accountancy, or a relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an auditing or accounting firm.
• Knowledge of accounting software like SQL and XERO is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using MS Excel & Word.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
