Part-Time Digital Marketer (Meta Ads & Content)

About Us

We are a specialty coffee roastery based in Johor, Malaysia, supplying freshly roasted coffee beans to both retail customers and wholesale partners. We’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketer to help grow our online sales and brand awareness. If you're dedicate for a sales based marketing job, We're looking for you!

Responsibilities

* Plan and manage Meta (Website,Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

* Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

* Create advertising strategies for product launches and promotions.

* Work with our team to produce engaging short-form content

* Write simple and compelling ad copy.

* Analyze campaign data and provide weekly performance reports.

* Suggest new marketing ideas to increase website traffic and online sales.

* Coordinate with designers or photographers when needed.

Requirements

* Experience running Meta Ads.

* Understand Meta Ads Manager and SEO.

* Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) is a plus.

* Able to analyze advertising data and make optimization decisions.

* Creative thinking and able to spot marketing trends.

* Passion for coffee is a bonus, but not required.

* Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

KPI

* Increase qualified website traffic.

* Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

* Lower Cost Per Purchase (CPA).

* Generate consistent online sales.

* Grow email subscribers and customer database.

* Produce 3–5 content ideas each week.

Working Arrangement

* Part-Time (Remote / Hybrid)

* Flexible working hours

* Weekly discussion and reporting

* Monthly payment (negotiable based on experience)

Bonus If You Can

* Shoot and edit short videos.

* Create simple graphics using Canva or Adobe.

* Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or email marketing.

* Knowledge of the specialty coffee industry.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
