Responsibilities:

• To assist with basic troubleshooting of PC/laptops. Knowledge in MacOS would be an added advantage.
• Provide support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
• Assembly of PC/laptops/video conferencing system/interactive whiteboard, installing/upgrading parts.
• Setup/reformat operating system on existing/new PC/laptop.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated.
