We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Officer to support our company's IT infrastructure and ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and related IT equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
• Set up computers and user accounts for new employees.
• Monitor and maintain IT equipment and ensure system security.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Provide on-site support to users and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience .
• Familiar with computer hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Able to diagnose and repair PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches) is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to monitor, troubleshoot, and perform basic administration of Windows Server.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, file sharing, user account management, and backup procedures is an advantage.
• Experience in server hardware troubleshooting and maintenance is preferred.
