We are looking for potential talent for Key Account Manager. in this role, you’ll promote and sell HALEON products to designated account to achieve sales and customer coverage goals. You will develop customer development strategy & maintain relationship. Work with field team to ensure business plan well executed and implemented in store.
A day in the life
You will deliver sales performance in line with the company’s objectives: Formulate winning account strategy to drive account’s business growth, negotiate on and execute efficiently trade marketing activities, and ensure good product presence.
Optimize products’ in-store exposure: Understand customers’ product category and shelf space management approaches and explore opportunities to optimize in-store merchandising.
Achieve target contribution to the company’s profit performance: Develop effective promotion plans and explore promotion opportunities, effectively utilize rental and allowance resources to drive business growth and develop effective contract negotiation plan to gain saving and/or drive business growth.
Facilitate line extension and new product introduction: Formulate new product go to market strategy as well as implement effectively and efficiently.
Increase target clients’ satisfaction and their relationship with Haleon: Lead JBP (Joint Business Plan) discussion to strengthen partnership and engagement and assist customers in managing inventories and shelf space of Haleon products.
Proactively provide updated market intelligence to the supervisor and marketing team.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role
5+ years’ experience in sales management, shopper marketing experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
High level of business acumen and strong understanding of the FMCG industry.
Ability to work effectively and influence stakeholders across functions.
