Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily deliveries with the Sales team to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
Manage ERP inventory records, maintaining accuracy of SKUs, batches, and stock levels.
Liaise with logistics partners and external warehouses to support inbound/outbound movements, urgent orders, and discrepancy adjustments.
Handle order processing and documentation, including invoice preparation and follow‑up.
Coordinate overseas shipping and customs clearance, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Communicate with customers when required, providing professional service and timely updates.
Assist with inbound receiving, stock checking, and inspection of goods (bottle condition, packaging, temperature‑sensitive requirements).
Ensure wine transportation standards are met, including temperature control and vibration avoidance.
Support replenishment and procurement follow‑up based on inventory and sales trends.
Support wine arrangements for events, special orders, and customer‑specific requests
Requirements:
Diploma in Business/Logistics or related discipline.
3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
International logistics and customs clearance experience required.
Warehouse operations knowledge (receiving, stock checking, dispatch) is an advantage.
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency preferred.
Detail‑oriented and reliable, with strong focus on data accuracy.
Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Hands‑on and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Immediate availability or short notice period highly preferred.
