Job Description:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers during project life cycle.

Prepare test cases and perform quality assurance testing to validate system functionality and ensure deliverables meet customer requirements

Provide applications support and conduct user trainings

Ensure clarity, accuracy, and efficiency in technical documentation

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, computer science or a related discipline

3 years of hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle

Experience in AI, M365, SharePoint, Leasing Management System, Low-code platform development, database management and data migration process

Hands‑on experience creating mock‑ups, wireframes, and prototypes

Independent, proactive professional with proven ability to lead requirements gathering and solution design
