Job Description

We are seeking a creative, visual storyteller to join our team. In this role, you will handle the entire video production lifecycle - from brainstorming and on-site shooting to post-production and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit captivating, high-quality video content for various digital platforms.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Digital Project Team to execute engaging video, live-stream, and motion graphic campaigns across social media channels (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
• On-site Shooting: Assist in and manage on-site video shoots, including handling camera operation, basic lighting, and audio setup.
• Trend-Driven Creation: Research and leverage the latest social media trends, formats, and insights to ensure all visual content is attention-grabbing and highly shareable.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all deliverables strictly align with brand guidelines, aesthetic standards, and creative production benchmarks.
• Innovation & Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging video technologies, and social media algorithms to keep our creative output cutting-edge and innovative.

Job Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in video production and post-production.
• Equipment Knowledge: Solid understanding of video equipment, including DSLR and Action cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Social Media Savvy: Experience in producing high-engagement social media videos.
• Key Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and deeply passionate about visual storytelling and delivering high-quality work.
• Team Player: Ability to multi-task, manage tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts or on weekends/public holidays on an occasional, project-by-project basis.
