Role Description

The Marketing Event Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events and marketing activations, from initial concept through post-event evaluation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, liaising with vendors and partners, preparing event timelines and budgets, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Marketing Event Executive will support the development of event marketing strategies, create basic marketing collateral or briefs, and track event performance metrics. The role also involves client communication, on-site event supervision, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, bespoke event experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong event-focused skills, including Event Marketing, Event Planning, and Event Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills for client servicing, stakeholder coordination, and team collaboration.
• Ability to support Sales-related activities, such as nurturing leads from events and contributing to proposals or pitches.
• Experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, or integrated campaigns is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site at events, including evenings or weekends when required.
• Proficiency in basic office and presentation software; familiarity with event management tools is an advantage.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience.
