Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's digital asset treasury operations, including fund transfers, account rebalancing, liquidity support, and trade execution support, ensuring the secure, timely, and accurate movement of funds.
• Execute fund operations related to digital asset trading based on business requirements, monitor trade execution, and ensure smooth operational processes.
• Monitor treasury account balances and fund flows in real time, promptly handle fund transfers, settlements, and operational exceptions to ensure fund security and business continuity.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Trading, Product, Risk Management, and other cross-functional teams to support daily operations and special projects requiring treasury support.
• Maintain accurate and traceable treasury operation records, perform regular fund reconciliations, and prepare operational reports and data analysis.
• Continuously optimize treasury operation workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency, process standardization, and risk control.
• Strictly adhere to internal controls and treasury management policies, proactively identify and escalate potential risks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the treasury operations framework.
• Perform other treasury-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
• At least 2 year of experience in Treasury Operations, Trading Operations, Settlement, or the digital asset/cryptocurrency industry.
• Familiarity with digital asset trading processes, including a basic understanding of wallet management, on-chain transfers, and fund movements.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to independently organize, reconcile, and analyze operational data.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of maintaining a strong risk awareness while executing operational tasks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, to support the company's 24/7 operations.
