Responsibilities
- Kitchen operation from food preparation to final production.
- Cooking food with quality.
- Following instruction and duties assigned by Chef / Sous Chef.
- 5 Day week - Split Shift - Lunch and Dinner Service
- Monday - Friday: 10.30 - 2.30pm/ Break/ 5.30pm - 10.30pm
- Saturday Lunch Off / 4.30 - 10.30pm
- Sundays Full Day Off
