Operational Planning & Financial Monitoring

  • Produce the Development Report 2A, incorporating profitability reviews, feasibility evaluations, and performance insights.
  • Lead end-to-end development planning, including financial projections, budgeting oversight, and viability validation.
  • Manage statutory compliance, cost intelligence functions, and schedule alignment to keep projects on track.


Sales & Marketing Operations Support

  • Ensure sales targets are synced with project development timelines.
  • Ensure sales galleries and show units are fully equipped and operational to support sales activities.


Stakeholder Engagement & Partner Collaboration

  • Supervise the selection and performance management of business partners, contractors, suppliers, consultants, vendors, and NSCs.
  • Lead the tender review, negotiation, and contract award process to maintain cost efficiency and delivery quality.


Digital & Process Optimization

  • Oversee the implementation of digital contract systems.
  • Utilize development cashflow software to ensure precise financial and progress tracking.
  • Ensure stakeholder feedback is reflected in development plans for consistent refinement.


Governance, Quality Oversight & Audit

  • Manage end-to-end project audits, including R-drive reviews, quality and safety assessments, BIM alignment, and document management.
  • Ensure strong governance and compliance adherence throughout all operational processes.


Collaborative Leadership & Cross-Team Engagement

  • Guide and develop the operations team to deliver strong performance and stay aligned with company goals.
  • Work closely with design, product, finance, and sales teams to deliver seamless and coordinated project execution.


Requirements

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Property Development, or a relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in property development operations, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior strategic leadership role.
  • Proven capability in project management and handling full-spectrum property development operations.
  • Deep understanding of development processes, compliance standards, tendering, and contract and cost management.
  • Strong leadership capacity, analytical thinking, and effective stakeholder engagement skills.
