Kerry Consulting Hiring! Full Time Head of Information Security in - Ricebowl

We're partnering with a leading organisation to hire an experienced Information Security leader to oversee enterprise security capabilities and lead a team responsible for protecting the organisation's technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Security Operations function, working closely with the SOC to strengthen threat detection, incident response and cyber defence capabilities.
• Oversee infrastructure security, including vulnerability management, server hardening, security monitoring and platform health across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Drive cloud security governance, reviewing new cloud solutions and ensuring appropriate security controls are embedded throughout the technology lifecycle.
• Provide oversight of Identity & Access Management (IAM), ensuring effective identity governance and access controls.
• Conduct security architecture and design reviews, providing practical security guidance to infrastructure, cloud and application teams.
• Partner with technology and business stakeholders to balance security requirements with business objectives while maintaining a strong security posture.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of security professionals, driving capability uplift and continuous improvement across the function.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in Information Security, with strong expertise across Security Operations, Infrastructure Security and Cloud Security.
• Proven experience leading technical security teams within a large enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, incident response, security architecture, IAM and enterprise cloud security (AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of security technologies, current cyber threats and security best practices within regulated environments.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA or CRISC would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior business leaders.
