Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline. Scheduling meetings and working alongside with Account Managers for new opportunities uncovered within your assigned territory. About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our sales growth by managing inbound leads, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries via email, phone, and online channels

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads

• Identify opportunities during tele-qualification and manage the full sales cycle

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, renewals, and contracts

• Achieve quarterly targets for pipeline generation and closed revenue

• Maintain consistent engagement with prospects via phone, email, and video calls

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Conduct after-sales courtesy calls and service incident follow-ups

• Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports.

• Provide internal support and respond to customer inquiries


Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

• 1–3 years of Inside Sales / Telesales experience (B2B preferred)

• Experience in IT products or technology services is an advantage

• Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with phone-based sales and CRM systems

• Target-driven, proactive, and well-organized


Qualifications

We are looking for someone that is confident approaching and engaging new prospects. The Inside Sales Representative needs to be able to build and maintain relationship with accounts.


Candidates with a proven background in Tele sales or Inside Sales is strongly preferred.
